At Born in Stockholm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Register Your Return
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal registration to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
